What I collect
- Your name, business name and contact details when you call, message or email me.
- Card statements you send me, which show your business's card takings and fees.
- The details a provider needs if you ask me to arrange a new account for you.
Why I use it
- To reply to you and check your card costs, because you asked me to.
- To arrange a quote or an account with a provider, only when you ask me to.
- To keep the records the law requires.
Who I share it with
Only with the provider you choose to apply to, and with the services I use to run the business, such as email and messaging. I never sell your information.
How long I keep it
Statements are deleted once I've given you my answer, unless you go ahead with a switch. Records of a switch are kept for as long as the law requires.
This website
This site does not use advertising cookies. The fees calculator runs in your browser and does not send what you type anywhere.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how I use it. Email me and I'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
