What a statement check is

A statement check is a line-by-line read of one month of your card fees. I add up what you really pay, find the charges you don't need, and compare it with what my partners would offer a business like yours.

What you get back

Within 24 hours you get a short written answer:

  • what card payments cost you now, as one monthly figure
  • the lines on your statement worth questioning
  • what a better setup would look like, and with which provider
  • or a plain "you're on a fair deal, stay put"

There is no obligation. If you want to switch, I handle the paperwork and come to you to set up the new machine. If you don't, you keep the answer.

What do I need to send?

One full month's statement from your card provider. A photo on your phone is fine, as long as every page is readable.

How long does it take?

I reply in writing within 24 hours, usually sooner.

What if you can't beat my current deal?

Then I'll say so, and you stay where you are. You don't owe me anything.

Is my statement kept private?

Yes. I use it only to check your costs and I don't share it with anyone unless you ask me to get a quote. See the privacy notice.
